The price of 10 grams of 18 carat gold in India turned cheaper by Rs 240 to Rs 54,450 and 100 grams of 18K yellow metal will cost Rs 5,44,500 in India today.

Gold futures, maturing on June 5, 2024, quoted at Rs 71,224 per 10 grams on the MCX, after registering a slight decline of Rs 276 or 0.39%. The earlier close was registered at Rs 71,500. On the other hand, silver futures, maturing on July 5, 2024, recorded a decline of Rs 47 or 0.06% and stood at Rs 82,449/kg on the MCX against the earlier close of Rs 82,496.
